Summary of the previous part: Inspector CHOPPEUR of the KriminalPolizei and Jürgen ADENOER of the GSG9 follow their suspect, a fire department "Safety" inspector, who is going to inspect a training center where there are migrants trained in construction and transport jobs.
 
Shortly after his departure after his inspection, the captain of the fire department KRIPPMAN inspects in his turn the place and discovers the incendiary system that the suspect has installed...
